IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to tackle exciting challenges in our newly formed marketing automation team, whose mission is to extend our user network through integration with the main external channels such as Google/Meta to optimise delivery. You will also closely work with core content, another newly formed team whose mission is to source, process, organize and provide content to the rest of the company, leveraging generative AI and other exciting technologies.
You will actively find the right tradeoffs to bring new features in production securely, reliably and effectively with attention on performance and constant improvement as well as cost optimization.
You will work inside a small and cohesive group with other developers with different experiences and as a senior team member you are expected to lead the most junior developers and help them grow professionally. The same is also expected from peers: we think everyone should contribute to the collective advancement of the team as a whole.
In addition to your Back-End and Full Stack colleagues, you will also work in a multidisciplinary and independent team alongside with Product, Design, QA Automation experts, Data Engineers and Scientists in a multicultural and diverse environment. The ability to relate and productively work with people with different backgrounds and expertise is needed, as well as the ability to challenge requests if needs be.
