.The PositionWe are looking for a Director of Internal Audit for our HQ team to develop and lead internal risk assessment, assurance and advisory activities, as well as enterprise risk management, including audit planning and execution, contributing to strategic initiatives.Job&Talent; 's Audit Group is an independent global function responsible for developing and implementing the Company's audit strategy aimed at mitigating a wide range of business, financial, compliance, and operational risks while strengthening Job&Talent; 's internal controls.Audit is a critical component of Job&Talent; 's control and risk management infrastructure and will contribute to overall governance and transparency of Job&Talent; as we proceed down the IPO runway.Reporting directly to the Chairman of the Audit Committee and Chief Finance Officer, the scope of this role includes all business functions in all locations in which the Company operates (10+ markets in Europe, US and LATAM).Successful professionals in this group will demonstrate a strong understanding of our business, build strong working relationships with business partners and deliver value added services which strengthen the efficiency and effectiveness of our global processes.ResponsibilitiesSet the vision and strategy for the Internal Audit functionDetermine internal audit's resourcing (third-party, hybrid, in-house, etc
