You will collaborate closely with our People Business Partners and department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This position requires someone who is a self-starter, adaptable to change, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Main responsabilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, with a focus on tech and revenue profiles.Direct search and outreach to passive candidates when necessary.Partner with People Business Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions that align with organizational goals and culture.Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media and employee referrals,to identify and engage potential candidates.Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics to management.Carry on generalist administrative tasks related to areas such as labor risk prevention and training initiatives.QualificationsRequirements to succeedBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in a tech or revenue-focused environment.Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment methods, and ATS usage.Fluency in English is a must, Spanish is a good to haveStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
