BARCELONA We are seeking a General Manager with excellent knowledge of the medical device industry, complemented by strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset to drive the vision and growth of our small to medium-sized, rapidly growing client. Effective management and communication skills are essential for overseeing operations and fostering a collaborative work environment. Additionally, the ideal candidate must possess strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. A deep understanding of commercial strategies is also crucial for developing and implementing plans that enhance business performance and competitiveness. You should have experience managing not only sales and marketing but also support functions such as finance, HR, logistics, and customer service. Proven management experience with full P&L responsibilities is a must. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
