About the role
As the Customer Data Platform Lead, your main objective is to set the vision and strategy for the Customer Data Platform platform. You will support Sandoz Customer Engagement strategy by identifying opportunities to optimize customer experience and campaigns. Your role also involves building and owning Customer 360 and Customer Data Platform products to enable omnichannel engagement through dataCommitment to Diversity & Inclusion:

•Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, IT related field, or business administration
•English
•10+ years of relevant experience in data science, ML, AI or related field
•Experience implementing and managing digital products
•Experience implementing Customer Data Platform
•Experience designing and implementing Measurement Frameworks, KPIs, and campaign analytics
•Experience delivering data-driven insights to drive customer engagement
•Knowledge on data integration and data management technologies
•Familiarized with data architecture and data engineering concepts such as ETL, data modelling, data lakes, MDM, etc.
•Solid Project and / or Product management skills, including managing vendors, budgets, timelines and risks.
•Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
•Excellent communication and presentation skills
•Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
•Understanding of data privacy and security regulations
