Overview Are you ready to drive the future of consumer-centric strategy through data and analytics? As part of the dynamic Data + Analytics + AI Team, the Consumer Data Specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping the consumer data strategy for the entire organization. In this role, you will be at the forefront of tackling complex consumer data challenges in our rapidly evolving business landscape. You'll closely interact with business, strategic, and data leaders across PepsiCo and globally. Your mission? To champion our Consumer-centric vision, leveraging Digital, Data, & Analytics to enhance our understanding of consumer behavior and preferences. The Consumer Data Specialist serves as a vital link between various departments including Media, Marketing, Demand Accelerator, Direct to Consumer, eComm, Sales, Consumer Relations, Supply Chain, Sustainability, R&D, Legal, InfoSec, and IT. Your role extends beyond internal collaboration, encompassing engagement with external partners and vendors. Responsibilities Your day-to-day with us: Develop and Execute Consumer Data Strategy: Help develop and execute a Consumer Data strategy and roadmap, navigating through the complexities of a highly matrixed organization.Provide Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance to our internal partners and stakeholders, ensuring that all consumer data captured is compliant with privacy regulations per market and PepsiCo use standards.Build Relationships: Build strong relationships with in-market consumer data Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across PepsiCo and become familiar with local market data ecosystems.Cross Collaboration: Collaborate with other functions across the Strategy & Transformation org to build support for scaling solutions proposed by the organization.Knowledge Management: Lead the knowledge management capability of the team, ensuring appropriate documentation, key frameworks, and approaches are shared and available for fast leverage by our markets, functions, and brands.Thought Leadership: Be a thought leader for PepsiCo around Consumer Data overall, driving discussions and initiatives that push the boundaries of what's possible. Qualifications What you will need to succeed: 2+ years of consumer data strategy and/or management experience.2+ years of marketing platform implementation experience.2+ years of Marketing data experience; CPG brand experience is a plus.1+ year of project management experience.Strong understanding of consumer privacy, legal, and regulatory knowledge, with respect to data acquisition and usage.Experience with marketing platforms such as SFMC, Marketo, and Hubspot.Familiarity with 2nd and 3rd party data providers, especially those outside the United States.Solid analytical, strategic, project management, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What makes us different?
