Global Director of Media Experience (Mx) Analytics:
The Mx System is the operating model of the agency, guiding our structure, the roles we have created, our process and our toolkit. The Mx Process consists of four stages: Mx Intelligence, Mx Design, Mx Activation and Mx Analytics. This role is specifically focused on Mx Analytics, which is transversal and touches every other part of the Mx System.

Purpose of the Role:
The Global Director of Mx Analytics will roll out and champion the global agenda for Havas Media's approach to the use of data and technology as part of the Mx System. The role is a critical lynch pin between the global vision and the local delivery through the in-market SME leads across measurement, data, and analytics. You will work closely with the local markets and global hubs to roll out the Mx Analytics approach, the application of our suite of products and services and building a global culture of analytics. You will also be responsible for the business ownership and development of our "freemium" analytics products.

The role reports to the Executive Vice President of CSA & Mx Analytics. Job Description : Key A reas of Responsibility 1) Mx Analytics
Spearhead the roll out of Mx Analytics, as part of the broader Mx refresh roll out Evangelise and train in the best practice use of the Mx Analytics process and toolkit, providing thought leadership, inspiration, and practical "how to" content for local market and key international teams Build relationships with local market Mx Analytics leads and foster strong collaboration between Global and Local markets Support Global New Business from an Mx Analytics perspective, to build data and measurement frameworks and approaches to diagnose clients' business problems and justify our recommendations.  Develop comfort with presenting Mx Analytics and the associated Converged toolkit in new business pitches Develop and champion key supporting concepts of Meaningful Media with regards to evolving measurement beyond media metrics such as reach, cost and basic quality parameters. Our focus is to deliver on attention, effectiveness, and incremental outcomes from media Participate as a leader in the Global Data & Measurement community including helping to lead calls, bring in new presentations and facilitate cross-market knowledge sharing Help d rive the global thought leadership agenda for Havas Media with regards to Mx Analytics: data, technology , and measurement working in conjunction with CSA leads 2) Freemium Analytics products
Act as the business owner for the development of our "freemium" analytics products in 2024 and beyond Be the liaison between the local markets, global client leads and the product teams to ensure the products meet the needs of clients Work closely with the product team to develop ideas and provide feedback Identify additional products or areas for development beyond 2024 #LI-AC1
