Sounds amazing, right? About the RoleFever is seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our Creative Studio as the Global Head of Creative. You'll take the helm of our Creative Studio, working in close collaboration with the brilliant minds in our creative, production, and other teams at Fever to bring outstanding experiences, exhibitions, and events around the world to life!The ideal candidate must have a background in live experiences and events and be extremely visionary. This role requires a strong understanding of art direction, storytelling, immersive narratives, spatial design, business strategy, and industry standards. As the Global Head of Creative, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the Creative Directors on the team. This will involve guiding the development of creative concepts, providing feedback and input necessary to improve the quality of work, and ensuring they align with Fever's goals as well as the brand guidelines and objectives of any external partners involved.The Global Head of Creative will also work closely with Fever management to implement and execute processes to support the continued growth of the Creative Studio while streamlining internal procedures to ensure consistency across all projects.ResponsibilitiesLead with Excellence: Supervise the Creative Studio team, setting the bar for exceptional creativity delivered in a timely manner and cost-effectively. Creative Guidance: Provide direction, guidance, and support to the Creative Directors, ensuring all creative work aligns with the company's brand guidelines and overarching objectives.Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure that all creative work is aligned with the overall company's business strategy goals.Quality Assurance: Validate the preliminary concepts and schematic designs, developed internally by the Creative Directors, providing feedback and input to improve the quality of the work.Partner Engagement: Oversee the RFP process for hiring any external production partners or vendors.Design Development: Be an integral part of the validation process for the design development, guaranteeing that the final creative meets the required standards and objectives
