Global Head of Social Impact (SAN UNIVERSITIES)WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs *Global Head of Social Impact *you will be responsible of maximising the social impact of the programs of Santander Universities globally ensuring all units are aligned with the Group's strategy and commitments in terms of social impact.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts.1. Guarantee that the social impact taxonomy of Santander Universities is aligned to the strategy and ensures the quality of our activities and the delivery of our commitmentsDesigning and formulating principles that can be applied to the corporation and the countriesDeveloping and improving the impact evaluation model for Santander Universities, including the coordination of the evaluation processes of programs and/or the whole portfolio of activities, as well as the training of the geographical teams in this areaUpdating and maintaining the taxonomy2. Support Santander Universities' management and president on its institutional role by being up to date on trends on higher education and social impact (e.g. EdTech trends, Impact investing models, challenges of the industry, etc) as well as on the main challenges society faces **and that we could be supporting through our agreements with Universities and other InstitutionsBeing up to date on different players on the Higher Education market, their offering, positioning, etc.Managing the relationship with multilateral bodies to identify potential areas of collaborationBringing interest and knowledge of the Higher Education ecosystem as well as capability to manage institutional relationships will be valued3. Make social impact information available to teamsEnsuring providing data and insight that demonstrates social impactDeveloping and exploiting dashboards, including their functional design and data model, for decision making and assess the impact model at Santander Universities. Must be data and computer proficientPreparing reports for the management of the area and other purposes (business, responsible banking, talent,...)Coordinating with the technology, business, employment and entrepreneurship teams for the modelling and exploitation of data from the various platforms4. Lead the planning and control of the sponsorship at Santander UniversitiesSetting of sponsorship and social impact objectives for the global area and for each of the countries and giving support to their communication to the highest levels in the organisationCoordinating with countries and with other areas, especially with sustainability/responsible bankingREQUIREMENTS:Experience in institutional relationships and trend analysis.You must be able to *communicate effectively *, both in Spanish and English and, when appropriate, you could *represent the area externally *and contribute to their advocacy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
