Somos un verdadero acelerador de tu carrera profesional y te ayudamos a desarrollar las siguientes habilidades:AutonomíaToma de iniciativasIntrapreneurshipKLB Group Spain, consultoría experta en implementación de proyectos y gestión de equipos, busca para su equipo de Madrid un Global Lead Buyer IT Software.Descripción:The Global Category Lead Buyer is responsible for achieving a step change in savings/value (e.G., quality, service, total vendor value) while obtaining a minimum of 3-5% ongoing annual savings improvements or value creation in his/her defined segments.In addition, he/she is responsible for ensuring that savings capture is achieved though the deployment in the countries & activities. The internal customers should be kept satisfied in terms of: cost, quality, lead-times and service level of suppliers. The Global Category Lead Buyer also makes sure that innovation, continuous improvement and value are provided by suppliers. To achieve the goals stated above, the Global Category Lead Buyer will:1. Through analyzing the internal and external fact base and understanding the needs of internal customers build a strategy and action plan for the segment. The action plan should target significant initial cost reductions, supplanted with year-overyear TCO improvements of min 3-5% for the goods and services purchased while maintaining product quality and vendor service levels.2. Share the strategy and action plan with stakeholders and obtain necessary validations.3. Assure the communication on the action plans, including their timing and impact on budgets to the stakeholders, in particular to the country purchasing organizations.4. Execute or lead the execution of the actions, being personally in charge of the key supplier relationships, including negotiations and production of all main agreements.5. Lead purchasing teams with the country segment buyers as well as lead cross functional teams with operations and other functions.6. With the supervision of the Category Manager, lead internal process changes or improvements being part of the action plan or necessary for the optimization of the segment (e.G. demand management, bid management).7. Assure the deployment and implementation of the actions in the countries & activities and facilitate whenever necessary.8. Spend significant time in the countries & activities in order to understand and respond to operational issues which may impact timely implementation of sourcing strategies and resultant savings capture.9. Support sales and country purchasing organizations for major customer projects and be personally in charge of the purchases and supplier relationships for the large global projects.10. Be in charge of the key supplier relationships, including the follow-up of the performance and internal customer satisfaction.Skills and Experience Required:Strategic Sourcing.Demand Management.Supplier Performance + Relationship management.Communication.Stakeholder management.Negotiation/Contract management..Project management.Task motivated, self managing, strategic thinker, influencing skill.Experience – 3- 5 years minimum Purchasing experience in a similar organization; ideally sourcing experience of Software.
