Establish learning objectives and plan the training related to the projects you manage. Contact external suppliers and actively collaborate in the planning, design, and delivery of content, preparing and adapting the contents of the necessary courses. To provide training, in cases where it is possible, about our company's products, as well necessary skills, energizing groups and facilitating learning. Adequately monitor the learning achieved in the projects of your responsibility. Audit the training when it is taught by an external consultant. Continuous review and reworking, where appropriate, of content of the therapeutic products and areas, and preparation of continuous training Content adaptation, management, and monitoring of the online training of the products and projects of their responsibility through the computer tools available always. Assistance to congresses or symposiums that can favor the acquisition of knowledge about their areas of responsibility, in those cases in which it is possible.
