Working within our Transformer Service business, you will implement all market and product strategies, in support of our Transformer Monitoring Services including required diagnostic algorithms, condition assessments and engineering studies globally. Reporting to the Global Product Manager Transformer Service, you will analyze market requirements to best position and develop your assigned service portfolio to meet business objectives and increase market share.Mission statement:Support the Global Product Manager to optimize the service product portfolio and return on investment. Ensure a full understanding of market requirements of assigned service product lines and transform these requirements into specifications and development proposals.Accountable to ensure market leading and competitive position, strong value differentiation and technology leadership for the assigned service product lines thereby contributing to Customer satisfaction and profitable growth.Your responsibilities:You undertake and maintain a thorough market analysis by following and understanding international standards, market and technical customer requirements and their impact on your assigned service product lines.You collect and analyze standards, market requirements, installed base, customer needs and values, to define the monitoring and diagnostic services development roadmap.You support the Global Product Manager in creating the business case and market & technical requirements for development projects or transfer of technology.You support data quality improvements to measure your service product line performance and implement improvement actions where necessary.You ensure required service product line documentation, training and tools are in place for global sales and operations, and that these are maintained.You are responsible for the monitoring, diagnostic and consulting service positioning within the portfolio, with defined values per service offering to address different segment needs. You drive scalability of your service portfolio through standardization.You provide sales support, participate in customer meetings and attend trade shows on request to better identify customer pain points and associated consequences.Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your background:·MSc or BSc Engineering degree or equivalent diploma qualification·12+ years of experience in a transformer service business or Power Transformer Engineering function.·Strong technical knowledge of Transformer Monitoring Systems, including digital devices, software and communication. At least 5 years' experience in transformer engineering studies, diagnostics, and condition assessment.·Demonstrated experience in interaction with Customers and/or international Standards groups.·International experience and Intercultural sensitivityStructured and analytical thinking, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
