.Global Quality Manager for Organic Superfoods Group (remote role)As one of the leading organic whole-food trading companies in Europe, our company is looking for a passionate Global Quality Executive with great communication skills and experience in managing food quality systems. You must have excellent leadership skills and be well trained in IFS among others. Years of experience working with organic food ingredients is a must.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain and manage the Food Quality Management System documentation.IFS ManagerComply and enforce compliance with established hygienic standards and good practices.Management of non-conformities, complaints, incidents,and non-conforming ingredients.Maintenance and updating of current food safety legislation.Coordinate and manage teams. Verify work related to quality.Communicate the results to the CEO and responsible personnel.Prerequisites:Experience and knowledge in managing and directing quality systems with organic and IFS certification of at least one year.Knowledge of SMETA standards is considered a plus.English and Spanish high level (other languages are a plus).Ownership of a laptop, phone, and internet access.Immediate availability for work.This is a remote work position open to all countries. Residence in Spain or Holland is considered a plus.The company is based in Holland; however, our team is spread through various EU countries, so you will be able to work remotely from day one and be part of regular online/phone meetings.As mentioned earlier, communication is essential, so you will need to prove that this is something you are comfortable with.Personality required!We are looking for a versatile, flexible and detail-oriented person who is Able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment with high vision.In this position,you will manage all quality system documentation involving suppliers, customers, intermediaries, audits, imports and working side by side with members from different countries.We need a team member who already has years of experience managing quality departments, certifications and preferably understands the handling and documentation needed in the import market.
