.DescriptionBusiness Unit Transformers' Supply Chain function is committed to further strengthen its drive in the area of supplier and material sustainability in order to contribute to Hitachi Energy's sustainability vision.In this role, you will drive the Business Unit (BU) Supply Chain Sustainability Strategy development and implementation working closely with the Transformers Business Unit SCM Management team and Business Unit Sustainability Head.The SCM Sustainability strategy consists of three pillars : Supplier Sustainability, Material Sustainability and Material Compliance.At the same time, the Global SCM Sustainability Manager will be taking the end-to-end responsibility of the supplier sustainability pillar (from process definition to implementation and monitoring / reporting for the whole Business Unit).Our flexible work practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow.For this role we follow a hybrid work structure where you can work remotely or from the office, as needed, based on demands of specific tasks or personal work preferences
