The Account Executive will be essential to the continued success of creative communications that are highly strategic and impact the account's future.

Be the industry's and Business Leadership's voice/face. FUNTIONS: The Account Executive for MRM will be required to:
Set priorities, organize workstreams, and assume a leadership role for assigned projects.Develop, maintain, and/or review weekly and monthly status reports and cultural and competitive audits.Support a highly strategically oriented account, working in upstream product development and marketing initiatives.Drive the brand forward in a highly competitive and fast-paced environment.Manage various elements of production across the traditional, digital, and/or social spaces.Become a subject matter expert in the client's business, immersing yourself in their history, competitive landscape, and objectives/goals moving forward.Develop strong relationships with clients across various disciplines and business areas throughout the organization, as well as with your agency counterparts. REQUIREMENTS To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrable previous relevant experiences and skills with the following:

Other Characteristics of an MRM Account Executive: Bachelor's degree in a related field required.3-5 years of experience in advertising or related disciplines.Experience working in an extremely fast-paced business in a highly competitive and evolving industry.Self-motivated, with the ability to create great internal and client relationships.Proactive nature that lets you anticipate client and internal team needs, challenges, solutions.Very effective communication skills.Excellent writing skills.Part of a tight team – supporting and inspiring one another.
