About the jobMain Tasks and ResponsibilitiesDesign engaging, innovative & scalable training concepts to support coDiagnostiX workflows in clinical and lab contexts, to be delivered in face to face, virtual and online training formats for internal and customer audiences at all levels.Create high quality training material and tools to support the implementation of training concepts in all contexts that are suitable for reapplication in local markets. For example, training agendas, PowerPoint presentations, digital and print workbooks, video content, reference documents, step by steps, eLearning modules, podcasts etc.Manage and maintain courses and training materials on Learning Management Systems such as weLearn, Digital Academy and file sharing platforms such as SharePoint.Responsible for proactively collaborating with regional and country T&E organizations, coordinating and implementing appropriate training plans aligned with commercial priorities and needs.Deliver high quality coDiagnostiX training, both face to face in local markets worldwide, or using various virtual platforms such as Teams and social media.Collaboration with Product developers, Product Managers and Marketing team to contribute to various projects, ensuring effective training plans are aligned to new launches, updates and initiatives.Participation in trade shows, exhibitions and congresses national/international Act as a role model, mentor and coach for the Global CCS T&E organization.About the profile we are looking for Requirements neededMinimum 5 years' experience of working in a dental clinic, lab setting or equivalent industry experience requiredExperienced and expert level understanding of using coDiagnostiX software requiredExcellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills requiredPrevious education experience in F2F, virtual and online settings is highly desirableUnderstanding of structured learning design using various pedagogic approaches is highly desirableBasic level of experience in creating and editing video and eLearning content is highly desirable.Must be fluent in English (C-level) and Spanish (not mandatory) additional languages are advantageous
