As a Minimum ToInclude:Core Training (CT) – mandatory onboarding program to build functionalexpertise & credibility and deploy pragmatic multi-dimensional trainingsolutions e.g. belnded learning approach, real/role-plays &teach-backsCentralised and localised Training & Development (T&D)Activities (e.g Train The Trainer (TTT)) – continuous learning toeffectively up-skill and enable Affiliate Training Champions to executelocal trainings supporting current brand strategy & positioning.Provide local support and coaching to Affiliates and drive bothknowledge and consultative selling/influencing skills for KAMs/MSLsensuring impactful customer engagement and operational excellence. Workclosely with Affiliates to identify potential training gaps, problem-solve& support with appropriate training interventions accordingly.Micro-learning – continuous on-the-job learning to enhancefunctional, clinical & scientific expertise using digital application(e.g. Qstream) supporting current brand strategy & positioningLeading the execution of knowledge and soft skills developmentprogramme from organisational and live perspectives:Establish and leverage relationships with Affiliates assessing andsupporting their training gaps/needs and assist with implemention of localtraining initiatives during cycle meetings; generating accountability andimpact on effective customer engagement. Provide coaching and support forlocal training initiatives e.g. role/real-playsLeverage and optimise SobiCareer as Sobi's Learning Management System(LMS) to facilitate learner experience and impact on behaviouralcompetenciesAdminister and arrange training logistics, plans and bookings fordelegates and presentersCoordinate and provide guidance to subject matter experts (SME) andgain cross-functional agreement for the scope of their input and executionof the learning curriculumMake/facilitate connections to external speakers and agentsparticipating in the training eventsManage the blended/modular learning process for delegates frompre-event, during event to post-event usinge-learning, virtual classroom and F2F formats accordinglyMaximise delegate engagement & ensure use of active and diversetraining approaches to cover different learning styles and adult learningtechniquesMonitor, evaluate & communicate Global-to-Local training impact andgenerate accountability for local implementation e.g deploying acertification process for role playsActive participation in all required head office based teams andsub teams.Model professional excellence and operate with high ethical standards inline with the Sobi corporate values (Care, Ownership, Partnership, Urgencyand Ambition) and SOPs by ensuring ongoing completion of all requiredinitial and ongoing training in local regulations and policies, andadherence to those regulations and policiesQualificationsEducation/Learning Experience/Work ExperienceRequired:Experience from working in a similar role in the pharmaceutical/lifescience or similar industryStrong Training competence, CIPD accreditation or equivalent T&DqualificationSolid experience from working in a L&OD roleExpert in soft and communication skills development with particularfocus on customer engagementField facing role experience (experience as KAM, Sales rep or similar,or experience as an MSL or similar)Cross cultural working appreciation and experienceBudget management experienceDesired:Experience/education as trainer/working as trainer in thepharmaceutical industry is seen as a plus but not necessarySkills/Knowledge/LanguagesRequired: Fluency in written and spoken EnglishAdditional European language skills is an advantageProficient IT skills in PowerPoint, Excel and WordAdept in using MS TeamsAdditional InformationPersonal AttributesRequired: Cross cultural awareness, effective communication and team workingskills, good interpersonal and social skillsFlexibile/agile with an ability to manage change, operate in anenvironment of ambiguity and be soultion-focusedIndirect leadership capabilities, ability to influence, motivate anddelegate without a direct leadership mandateProject management experienceExcellent planning, organising and coordination skillsDesired: Ability to see the big picture Show more Show lessTagged as: remote, remote job, virtual, Virtual Job,virtual position, Work at Home, work from homeWhen applying state you found this job on Pangian.com Remote Network.#J-18808-Ljbffr
