Work closely with the french business to follow up the Plan.Identify business opportunities, and develop actionable business insights to support growth and retention; Work closely with Sales creating feedback loop routines in order to accelerate growth.Leadership in understanding business performance, defining KPIs, segmentation / targeting, strategic planning and leveraging internal and external data assets to make better data-driven decisions.Deliver Outbound Campaigns and devise ways to continue improving delivery. Suggest ideas and recommendations that enable better decision-making for the business.Work hand in hand with the rest of the teams to ensure that supported projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality.Define and implement outbound and inbound strategies for the BUs.Additionally, you will give support in other projects such as expansion and social media strategies.Requirements :At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role, ideally in startupsFluent in French & Spanish
