Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ?
Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field with data analysis/modeling.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a web analytics product owner, preferably in a DTC eCommerce environment.Strong experience with Google Analytics and experience with pixel and tag implementation. Expertise in working with various data sources (SQL, APIs, flat files, CSV, etc.).Proficiency in data visualization tools and the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner.Demonstrable project management skills, with PM certification being an advantage.A track record of establishing and nurturing a data-driven culture within an organization.Experience in coordinating centrally within an international context.Fluency in English; additional languages such as French are a plus. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Own the Digital Analytics product lifecycle, from feature prioritization to enhancement implementation.Execute a comprehensive tagging strategy across digital platforms to map customer journeys accurately.Collaborate with internal teams to define business requirements and ensure smooth project delivery.Develop and maintain documentation, training, and monitoring for Web Analytics Products.Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and data protection standards.Coordinate with stakeholders for the timely update and follow-up on digital analytics solutions.
