This includes "on the job experiences", extended leadership contact, formal training and professional development.Our Graduate Expert program is as a stepping stone to bigger and better career opportunities within Saica.As a Packaging Commercial business partner for Information Systems Department the main responsibility will be to catalyse the process for an effective and seamless delivery to PACK of selected sales projects/tools developed with the support of our IISS department. The main tasks will be:- Participate actively in the deployment of sales tools and projects, ensuring a good adherence to processes by the different user communities across the PACK area.- Identify and define improvement opportunities and pain points to be solved, and collaborate in the implementation of the changes.- Ensure a proper knowledge transfer among the different teams involved in the processes, specially focused on developing a deep understanding about the integration of the different applications in the landscape.- Coordinate support activities between user groups and Information systems experts, to facilitate agile responsiveness in problems resolution.- Lead change management activities related to those commercial tools.Minimum requirementsAcademic Qualification:- Just graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, o similar Degree.Experience: Have experience in a similar role, maximum of two years working experience since the graduation.International experiences (Erasmus, ...) is a plus.High written and spoken English (C1)Join our Saica Graduate Expert Program and contribute to a Sustainable World.SAICA is an equal opportunities employer welcoming applications from any suitable qualified individual.AYANET may access personal information as data processor, in order to carry out, in collaboration with the Data Controller, the candidate recruitment process.
