The Graphics and Technical Materials (GTM) Commercial Director will report to the GTM Division Director and will be responsible for leading the GTM sales globally.Main Functions:Develop the commercial strategy for GTM Division, covering Graphics, Industrial, Filmic Sheets and Casting product lines and aiming to increase the market share, expand the business portfolio and commercial reach (e.G., via new markets and / or distributors)Lead the execution of the commercial strategy, managing the sales team (both hierarchically and functionally) across different regions as well as relationships with key accounts.Contribute to the development and deployment of best practices / tools, ranging from pricing to commercial excellence.Work closely with R&D, Quality and Production to ensure product competitiveness, product quality consistency and customers' support in the after-sale.Work closely with Customer Service and Supply Chain teams to ensure the highest service levels, in terms of timely order management and delivery.Position the business graphics line of business within the company, by giving it a greater relevance according to the potential of the division, in order to be seen as a key business for the company.Requirements:Strong knowledge of the GTM sectors, with a special focus on the Graphics business.Proven track record of experience in business development and team management.Excellent leadership and project management skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Drives execution in complex set up (problem solving, cooperation, leadership, and drive goals/performance).Analytically strong – can develop differential insights on the market/business.Instinctively focused on the customer, markets & competitors.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English; additional languages such as Italian, Spanish or French are a plus.
