We also help industries and governments to navigate the many complex, interrelated transitions taking place globally and regionally, in the energy industry.**About the role**:DNV's Wind & Solar Technology Testing Team delivers high-quality analysis to ensure that wind turbines, solar plants, hydroelectric and other conventional power plants perform to expectations. We are engineers, scientists and business experts dedicated to the success of energy industry. We verify through measurements, simulations and certification processes that power plants will produce energy in line with expectations and have a useful lifetime consistent with their design.The Grid Code Compliance team consists of electrical engineers who are dealing with the verification of Grid Code Compliance performance of power plants, from early stages to final certification. The team handles simulations, testing and assessment on behavior in events such as "Fault Ride through (FRT)"- tests, harmonics, flicker, reactive and active power control, and some others around the globe with emphasis in the home region in Spain.Your responsibilities will focus on:- Electrical simulations for grid code compliance purposes.- Project, electrical components, and power plants certification.
