Support Leadership Development Lead in:She/he Will help in developing and deploying leadership academy with initial focus on the below but also organizing externally-led sessions or internally-led trainings, creating "managers' guides" or toolkits or playbooks, and creating content based on internal and external best practices. Running the 360 tool for our Corporate Audience (top 250 leaders)Deploying the Mentoring programme across the company with focus on our leadersDesigning and running a dedicated, top talents development "Accelerator Programme" (audience tbd)Identifying and sharing internal and external best practicesGenerally monitoring and measuring progress of our Leadership Development activities: over time, measure Leadership Development impact at Verisure, such as impact on performance, manager eNPS, people attrition, promotion, …2.
