."Group Platforms" implements the IT strategy of the Allianz Group by defining groupwide IT architecture and standards, supporting strategic IT projects, and leveraging the global IT architects community. It sets the framework for the transformation towards a globally harmonized IT target landscape.As part of this team, you will participate in the development of the target operating model for Allianz Group Global Architecture team for a sustainable OE specific architectural steering ("Architecture Policing") in the domain of business applications and business platforms, pilot it in selected entities and manage the rollout to all Allianz entities. You will work with the relevant decision bodies and representatives of Allianz OEs on all levels including COOs, CIOs and experts, and various functions inside Allianz Technology, ensuring stakeholder alignment in strategy creation and execution across Allianz Group.You will:The role is to support Group Platforms to create and execute the Allianz Group IT Strategy and strategic initiatives across various functional and technical areas. Your focus will be on defining the target operating model for Allianz Grouop Architecture team for a sustainable OE specific architectural steering ("Architecture Policing") in the domain of business applications and business platforms:Develop framework for future operating model (Group architecture, Allianz technology architecture, OE retained organization architecture).Acts as formal foundation of "Architecture Policing".Ensure clear demarcation to/ re-think existing IT Steering Boards, country managers, etc.Derive KPI concept that measures the compliance of entities with IT Architecture standards and link to the existing IT Dashboards.Derive Standard/ Functional Rule to formalize the steering.In addition you will be in charge for selected business domains to:Create IT architectures in close collaboration with key stakeholders in OEs, Allianz Technology and Allianz SE.Derive transformation strategies and strategy execution plans for OEs, Allianz Technology, and Allianz Group as a whole, on high-level as well as on fine-grained level for applications, technologies and functional areas."'- Academic degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Engineering or similar.Strong professional background and experience in program and project management, IT line management; additional leadership or management exposure in application engineering or operations in financial services.International experience and experience in multinational environments.Strong understanding of a broad set of information technologies, technology markets and trends, IT management processes, IT governance, and IT controlling.Strong analytics (tackling unstructured problems, developing solution approaches and methods) and rapid learner.Strong understanding and practical expertise in defining IT architecture governance in the context of large multi-national enterprises
