In 3 years we have : Provided more than 800 fast charging points Secured enough stations to make Electra a market leader Opened several offices in France and Europe Assembled a team of over 160 talented people... and that's just the beginning Joined the French Tech Next 40 Your Missions To expand the Marketing team at Electra, we are looking for a Growth Intern to maximize revenue generated by our stations. You will be primarily involved in B2B topics at Electra BeLux.
For this, you will need to:
Activate B2B fleets to improve their performance.
Actively identify new B2B fleet opportunities through various research methods.
Analyze the growth dynamics of our stations in the Belgian market to determine the strategy to follow with B2B fleets.
Rely on this analysis to activate marketing levers (online marketing, partnerships, pricing, offline marketing) to increase station revenue.
Work on the CRM strategy and implement it.
Support the growth/marketing team on strategic projects, such as community marketing, press strategy, customer feedback, etc.
Press Relations, Public Relations: work on developing partnerships with journalists, communications on Belgian reference networks.
Desired Profile You are in business school, communication and/or marketing. You have a first experience in marketing, sales or press relations.
You can articulate complex problems in a simple way to share impactful messages.
You excel in stakeholder management and project management.
You have a creative spirit and knowledge of brand topics.
You are autonomous and take the initiative to explore new avenues.
You are analytical and business-focused, you know how to use data to inform your decisions.
You speak English, Dutch, and French fluently.
