This is reflected by the inclusion of the company in the Bloomberg Gender Equality index and the fact that it has been certified as a Top Employer 2023 in Europe (Spain, Italy,France, Poland, Portugal and Romania), both of which recognize its employee-driven policies.MISSIONEDP Renewables Europe, is seeking experienced candidates for a procurement position that will manage purchases of the following categories : CAPEX services, Engineering service / contracts, civil and electrical works (BOP), Wind & Solar equipment / EPC and other technical services for EDPR To lead procurement processes regarding construction phase of wind and solar projects : civil and electrical works (BOS), Frame Agreements, Engineering Services and other CAPEX services and supplies.To participate in all stages of the project -from the needs identification until entering contracts- being involved in multidisciplinary teams to reach the best achieves for each project according to the target goals of the company.MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES1. Lead whole RFP (Request For Proposal) processes, including : preparation of commercial specifications, centralizing the communication with stakeholders, leading negotiations, performing commercial assessments, awarding and reporting.2.Lead Contract & Commercial Negotiations, driving appropriate commercial relationships with suppliers and ensuring a competitive process according to company procedures.3. Business goals oriented, supported by a culture of continuous improvement with cost & performance benchmarks in use, and providing an appropriate reporting.4. Monitoring market tendences to identify risks & opportunities.5. Strong cooperation with other departments (Engineering, Construction, EHS, etc.) to achieve the best results aligned with the company strategy.REQUIRED PROFILEACADEMIC LEVELEngineering Degree (Industrial, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, etc).EXPERIENCE5 years in technical purchases of civil and electrical works and / or investment projects and / or Wind and Solar BOP-BOS.SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE- Knowledge MS Office (Excel, Word,PowerPoint, MS Project, etc).- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and ability to manage databases can be valued.- Familiar with contractual negotiation and preparation processes.- General knowledge of Supply Chain concepts.LANGUAGESEnglish High Level (Oral and Writing).Spanish will be valued.Additional languages will be valued.SKILLS / COMPETENCES- Knowledge MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc).- Able to work under pressure.- Proactive and ability to anticipate future needs.- Ability to Multi-task, ability to work on multiple projects, and team player.- Solution Oriented, great at building and sustaining business and professional relationships.- Ability to develop and motivate people, leadership abilities, process good analytical, decision making, and communication skills.- Ability to work in different locations : some travelling required.Among EDPR's principles we would like to highlight diversity and inclusion as a strength in our values and practices.
