Manages, supervises,and coordinates assigned construction and construction management contractsReviews and provides comments related to constructability of construction documents. Oversee and prepares responses for Contractor correspondence, submittals, requests for information, and field clarifications; verifies quality control, including issuance of non-conformance reports, to ensure compliance and accountability with the Contract Documents and all current and applicable local, provincial, and federal codes, laws, rules and regulations, and Agency Quality Management System policies and procedures. Monitor and review contractor's CPM Baseline Schedule and monthly progress schedules, track actual start and finish dates for construction project activities and provides suggestions on how to expedite work to meet schedule requirements.Investigates and monitors schedule delays and reasons for delays. Works with client and project staff to review pay applications, change orders, and provisional sum allocations for entitlement, completeness, accuracy, and adherence to contract requirements.
