The HCPS accelerates the omnichannel strategy design and implementation with a focus on business impact, advising and supporting brand teams, aligning strategies and enhancing local capabilities.The HCPS collaborates with internal and external enabling functions and vendors to ensure the omnichannel execution is in line with strategic plans and set objectives.
