Chance to join a large and growing, progressive, global Digital Marketing agency; exciting sector with global clients; Head of Affiliates, strategic level role, overseeing a team of affiliate managers, managing key accounts within the wider portfolio, focus on online gaming clientsOverview:The Head of Affiliates is responsible for the successful management of the affiliate programs, in line with its clients' acquisition and commercial priorities and targets. Reporting directly to the Director of Acquisition, they will need to be the authority on everything affiliate-related and work to ensure that the Affiliates Team is continuously and sustainably working towards achieving the overarching goals of the business through a combination of effective planning, best practice usage and outstanding performance management. The Head of Affiliates will drive the team through an example-led management style in order to develop a world-class business unit. Regular, detailed updates regarding performance against OKRs, marketing initiatives and other important information will need to be communicated effectively to a wide audience.RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure that there is sufficient planning in place to achieve targets and, where necessary, play an instrumental role in helping to forecast future performancePlan, execute and maintain effective ROI-driven acquisition activities to drive quality traffic to client brandsLead the Affiliates Team by example, encouraging maximum performance and providing support and mentorship where neededDevelop strategic marketing initiatives for key affiliate accounts, and support affiliate team members with the sameConstruct executive-level reports and presentations that communicate overall marketing results and convey actionable, analytical findings and insightsBuild a strong internal network for collaboration and knowledge transfer with other parts of the businessEnsure the integrity of the affiliate programs at all times, including the accuracy of data, financial commitments to affiliate partners, and reputation management of clientsRepresent the affiliate programs in senior management meetingsEncourage team members' professional developmentConduct employee performance reviews and manage team calendarKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCEThe Head of Affiliates role requires a high level of experience in digital marketing and affiliate management, particularly in online gaming, as well as tangible management ability. The successful applicant will ideally have the following:4+ years' experience in the online gaming verticalSelf-sufficient approach to working - guidance and management will be provided, but autonomy and decisiveness is expectedIn-depth knowledge and understanding of the core business metrics and KPIsOutstanding communication, leadership and analytical skillsStrong business development, presentation and negotiation skillsStrong grasp of affiliate marketing, including general knowledge of digital marketing (SEM, PPC, etc.)Practical experience leading a team of multiple staff members (mix of office-based and remote)Ability to organise, track and prioritise multiple projectsAbility to analyse, interpret and present data and results in engaging, meaningful and productive waysAbility to organise, prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyTravel may be required to attend conferences or meetings occasionally throughout the yearAbility to speak English to a good standardThe CompanyAbility to commute/relocate:29601 Marbella: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Experience:Gaming sector: 2 years (preferred)Affiliate Management: 5 years (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
