.Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a IT Product and Services Manager for IM Programmes Customer Engagement & Services to join our new IM Marketing to Sales department in Getafe.Deliver innovative IT solutions that support digital transformation and efficient operations of business organizations facing the Airline customers : Airbus Programmes and Services (B, S) as well as Commercial and International (C) functions.*Accountabilities :In the frame of new customer digital journey focussed in a first step on the new Airbus Customer Portal development - It is a strategic initiative for Customer Services, Commercial & international,Airbus Canada business organizations to improve our customer experience - your main responsibility is to lead the delivery, deployment and maintainability an Evolutive customer Platform answering the business needs and strategic objectives and develop in the frame of thecorresponding IT solution selected.The jobholder is accountable for the End to End Product/Application or Service lifecycle, from conception, design, industrialization, operation to retirement including management of dependencies.The jobholder is accountable to Identify opportunities and create a product or a Service that satisfies the client/end user including Time, Quality and Cost of the Product.The jobholder is accountable to work with Airbus Helicopter to propose common design and solutions.*Main activities :Leads the IT Product/Application or Service MFT team in order to manage the IT Product/Application or Service lifecycle, both developing the products/services and operating them to meet operational Service Level Agreement.Responsible for Continuous Release Management.Ensures the participation of an End User Advocate with understanding of users and use, and ensures solutions that best serves both.Ensures that the known Product/Application or Service vision is translated into a prioritized backlog in alignment with the business product owner.Defines chargeback models for their respective IT Products/Applications or Services.Defines and go-to-market of the product and service (line).As team leader:Understand Airbus strategy.Translate Airbus strategy into meaningful objectives in his/her perimeter.Give meaning to ensure team adherence to reach business objectives and customer satisfaction.Inspire and develop his/her team.Ensure the management of 3 DCT team members and 5 DCC team members.Strong link with the Airbus IM organizationAs a self-organized development team, strong collaboration with the Airbus PO (Product Owner, based in EU)Proactive in providing guidance & inputs for the roadmapEnsure thanks to the software architecture and quality in coding that Dev and Ops are at the expected service levelSuccess will be measured in a variety of areas, including but not limited to:"In line with the Airbus leadership model, manage direct team(s)
