In this key role, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategic initiatives to optimize our credit card portfolio, drive customer engagement, and enhance profitability.- Define portfolio management strategy, including cobranded card programs, to maximize performance and profitability.- Design and execute campaigns for activation, balance building, and attrition programs across the customer journey.- Ensure accurate measurement and monitoring of card portfolio performance, leveraging analytical insights to drive decision-making.- Optimize product offer structure to meet the evolving needs of our customers and drive portfolio growth.- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, risk management, and other stakeholders to align portfolio management initiatives with overall business objectives .To be successful in the role you must have:- Master of Science in finance, business, mathematics, or a related field.- Proven experience in credit card consumer finance business, with a focus on portfolio management.- Extensive understanding of P&L drivers and their impact on portfolio performance.- Track record of success in campaign management, with d emonstrated results in driving customer engagement and portfolio growth.- Strong analytical and marketing skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.- Ability to multitask, prioritize activities, manage conflicts, and meet deadlines in a complex and fast-paced environment.- Fluency in English- Fluency in German would be a plus
