This platform will facilitate the entire data lifecycle, encompassing data generation, processing, and consumption, underpinned by a standardized technology stack across all entities. Leveraging high-level automation, it will elevate data delivery and consumption, while concurrently offering comprehensive global data product catalogues to optimize data utilization. Ultimately, our unwavering focus is to optimize the data consumption experience for our valued end users.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs *Head of Cross Data Platform, *you will report to the *Head of Global Data Architect *and your responsibilities will be:Serve as the primary advocate and communicator of the company's data strategy and Data Platform, ensuring that all members of the organization understand and align with the established strategic objectives.Generate impactful and compelling documentation, including presentations, reports, and visual materials, to convey the vision and key concepts related to the data strategy to different audiences.Stay abreast of the latest technological trends and advancements in the field of data, maintaining constant contact with vendors to explore new technological trends and solutions that can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our data operations.Maintain clear and consistent communication with external vendors and partners, ensuring that agreements are fulfilled and that we maximize the value obtained from the technologies and services we utilize.Provide visionary leadership and collaborate closely, guided by the CTO vision, with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute projects involving strategic technologies (e.g., Artificial Intelligence) that drive the growth and success of our organization in the field of data.Maintain a strategic and future-oriented focus, anticipating emerging needs and challenges in the data field and proposing proactive initiatives to address them.We need someone like you to:As an esteemed technology and data expert, you will play a pivotal role in effectively communicating our Data strategy. You will be responsible for effectively communicating our data strategy to all relevant stakeholders.Create impactful documentation for events and presentations, tailored to different audiences.Stay abreast of the latest technological trends and closely collaborate with vendors in their evaluation and selection, providing periodic updates to the organization on market trends in the field of data.Take the lead in strategic projects within the Data CTO domain, ensuring their successful execution and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.Make financial, HR and organizational decisions in accordance with the Santander framework.
