We develop data and video analytics platforms, building on state-of-the-art technologies including AI, machine learning, big data and cloud services to enable the digitalization of mobility.Head of Demand Planning reports directly to Head of Global S&OP / Vice President of supply chain EMENA and is overall accountable for the Demand Planning and provide guidance to S&OP activities in the regions. Direct responsibilities includes Demand Planning, Pre-Procurement and load optimization to Order Fulfillment.Main objectives:Expert for demand, capacity and material planningBalance demand with supply to secure product availabilityAddress capacity issues and production location decisionsDrive decision making across business through S&OP processGet overview of complete demand based on orders, forecast and requirements in cooperation with Sales, Product Management, RegionsPartner with production planners to ensure execution of the production plans and support the resolution of supply issuesFacilitate prioritization for manufacturing and procurement, define escalation processes Fulfillment of POPlan, schedule as well as coordinate materials availability to assist production developed schedules.Research business issues to define risks and opportunitiesLead small team of plannersData cube to be designed, ease the data collection/data analysis => IT involvement required(project)Support bidding for customers' projectsS&OPAnalysis of the current processes and systems in PlanningDesign and drive the implementation of the future S&OP processEstablish dashboards and reporting KPIs to support transparency for decision makingSteer and strengthen the organization and stakeholder capabilities along S&OPSIOP & IBP to be further integrated as a targetTool to be developed with ITYour profile:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a minimum of 5+ years' experience in Supply Chain and Logistics and Procurement and specifically in Sales & Operations Planning.
