The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, capable of driving innovation, and delivering high-quality software products.As a Head of Engineering, you will work alongside the entire Tokeny tech team to create the next generation of Tokenys infrastructure, ensuring it meets industry standards and remains robust. You will have the opportunity to work on emerging and ever changing technologies (hybrid blockchain networks, emerging blockchain capabilities) and to participate in the creation of bigger ecosystems (ONCHAINID, DINO).As a key member of our leadership team, the Head of Engineering will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and resilience of our technology infrastructure and overseeing efficient incident response processes.ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.Develop and execute a comprehensive engineering strategy in collaboration with the CTO, tech leads and management team.Drive the development of scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions that meet customer needs and business requirements.Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.Establish and maintain best practices for software development, quality assurance, and project management.Champion agile methodologies and best practices within the engineering team, promoting a culture of agility, flexibility, and continuous delivery.
