With 50 years' experience, it owns and operates more than 60 parks across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Australia.We are currently looking for a:Head of Events & EntertainmentCollaborate with Director of Events and Entertainment to evaluate current event and entertainment product in all European parks.Provide actionable insights and direction on how to improve park experience through enhanced, improved, or additional entertainment-based elements. Work with park teams to trouble-shoot challenged executions, identify solutions for improvementUtilize insights from consumer research, results of park event executions and industry benchmarking to develop and execute event concepts with high consumer appeal, and high revenue and EBITDA growth generation potentialCollaborate with Transformation, Operations, Customer and Technical teams to develop branded, scalable concepts that can be executed at multiple sites, after a test and learn assessmentWork with Customer and park teams to develop and execute seasonal calendars of events that drive pass sales, pass revenues, loyalty and increased visit frequencyPartner with transformation and technical teams to identify potential CAPEX requirements to improve entertainment elements (lighting, sound, staging)Work with parks and vendors to efficiently develop and execute creative conceptsDevelop efficient methods for safely setting up and removing seasonal event elements from parksCommunication - Highly developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including presentation skills; ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively with a wide range of diverse personnelFinancial Acumen - Ability to manage budgets, control and forecast costsProblem Solving/Analysis: Define problems, research and collect data, draw valid conclusions and execute mitigating strategies in a timely mannerProject/Program Management: Understand and manage projects and programs from concept to completion.
