You will make an impact in the following way: You define the software strategy and execution to support funnel growth of products and solutions in our industrial automation portfolio Define and maintain software portfolio roadmap with the direct line reporting of software product managers Design the cyber & software messaging with the regional sales teams and solution consulting teams Transform and commercialize the software offerings to optimize sales effectiveness and revenue based on industry good practices Use Out of the box thinking mentality to create differentiated Belden software offerings around appropriate use of technology in general software and AI Closely working together with the technical education team to ensure trainings and education become an integral part software application launches Thinking across borders to leverage software application offerings for enhancing hardware sales and generate additional sales opportunities with customers insights and white space addressing Manage performance through well-defined KPIs aligned with regional solutions delivery organizations Provide coaching to and develop high performing services and support team What you will bring: Education – Master's degree in business, management, or related service field Experience – At least 10 years of experience in a software product management role at a global scale, profound knowledge of strategy regarding architecture, portfolio and delivery models Personality – Strong communication, inspiring leadership, and analytical skills essential, proficient in technical and commercial aspects, adept at simplifying complex concepts, adaptable to fast-paced environments, and responsive to customer needs Willingness to travel – Domestically and internationally as required to perform the duties of the role (50 %+ frequency of travel) Language proficiency – Fluency in English, any additional major European language is a plus #LI-JK1
