Graduate of Bachelor of Science in AccountancyMust be a Certified Public AccountantPreferably a Certified Internal AuditorWith at least 10 years relevant work experience, five years which is in a managerial/supervisory capacity.Preferably with experience in auditing financial institutions or with exposure in consumer loan productsJob Description:Leads in Department PlanningManages and oversees the department and team members to ensure effective completion of their responsibilities.Reviews and evaluates operating controls, guidelines and processes and ensures that such controls are functional, adequate and in adherence to company standards, regulatory requirements, and policies.Recommend improvements in operational systems and policies as may be needed.Establishes techniques to determine indicators of fraud.Oversees audit findings and recommendations.Coordinates, performs, and directs team members in execution of operational and post audit.Monitors the Audit Team when conducting audit work, reviews audit reports, and approves findings and final reports.Reviews and approves audit findings and final reports to ensure that observations are clearly communicated to stakeholders.Represents the Audit Department during Audit Committee Meetings and Administrative Proceedings.Provides other consultancy services.Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
