Head Of Legal For An International Entertainment

Descripción del puesto :As main responsible of the Group's Legal team, the Head of Legal will support the growing Group's businesses and manage its diverse Legal team. He/she will be based in the Group's office in Madrid and report directly to headquarters. This individual will play a key role in shaping the future day to day practices of the business and how we interact with its customers.General tasks and responsabilities:Providing multi-jurisdiction legal advice for site content and functionality on he Group's web, mobile sites and apps.Ownership of user agreements and policies.Advise on marketing and advertising campaigns.Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.Work closely with the Customer Service organization on escalated user complaints.Guiding the business on internal processes and providing regular training on legal issues.Driving efficiencies in internal legal processes such as contract process, knowledge management and other legal resources.Proactively identifying potential upcoming regulations and engaging with regulatory bodies.Managing outside counsel portfolio and related budget.Provide Directorship of the different Group entities, if necessary.Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, relevant legislation and regulation (including, for example, Data Protection, Privacy, Anti-fraud and corruption, etc.).Work with local providers throughout the different regions where the company operates (e.G., Notaries, tax authorities, Registrars' officers) and review the relevant drafts prepared by such providers.Process and review of legal documents (e.G., Companies House's certificates, public deeds, etc.)Manage a global team of lawyers.Perfil :Oferta :Our client offers you a unique opportunity to join a leading global entertainment marketplace group, in a position of leadership and impact.
