ResponsibilitiesIdentify innovative user-centric monetization avenues that help Luzia generate revenue without sacrificing UXWork hand in hand with the CEO and other departments of the company to strategize, define and bring to live the monetization opportunities for Luzia, in all our distribution and acquisition channels Estimate and forecast the revenue potential from the proposed initiativesLead the monetization efforts including the sales/ partnerships team, the conversations with the brands for advertising, the integrations with platforms for ads or affiliates.Understand the market dynamics for free-user monetization and integrate the right strategies to comply with them.Understand and adapt the strategy to the local customs, partners, regulations... for our main regionsRequirementsExperience in different monetization strategies, incl. but not limited to ads, affiliation, and partnershipsExperience in fast-paced startups, in hyper-growth phase. An obsession to deliver results and being hands-onConsumer app experience, with Latam and SEA focus as a plusHas a strong product senseHas experience working with tech teams to implement the necessary technological features and can understand technical complexities Has built and lead strong monetization teams, but has also strong experience on getting their hands dirty themselves Excellent decision-making skills and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
