We work with worldwide leader operators, placing Sportradar SportsBetting service at the forefront of the gaming industry technology firms, providing enjoyment to millions of sports fans through our technology and services, doing "the source code of sport".Our unit encompasses diverse teams and squads that ensure our infrastructure and platform's quality, availability, scalability, and security. The infrastructure serves as the backbone for our customers and empowers our product teams to deliver top-tier platform services.**THE CHALLENGE**:- Working closely with senior management to ensure that the company develops a product that fits with its strategic goals.- Working collaboratively with all products (sports, casino and PAM) to produce and manage the BI and Analytics product Roadmap.- Being the ambassador for the MSS product and the primary contact for queries relating to our product.- Managing a team of highly motivated and competent Product Owners to drive forward the product in the market.- Understanding and breaking down Product initiatives into requirements and Epics.- Understand the business value behind feature requests and create a suitable business case for Initiatives and Epics if needed.- Ensuring that projects stay on track to achieve delivery commitments, including problem-solving and trade-off analysis when necessary.- Working with the development team and monitoring the progress of projects during the development cycle to ensure that they have the correct functionality according to the scope.- Taking part in demonstrations of software releases and collecting feedback on improvements for future development.- Continually researching the market, our competitors, customer usage behaviour and technology trends to ensure that we maintain market-leading products.**Qualifications**- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in product ownership/management roles or data related field within a betting industry.- Experience of defining a minimum marketable product and a minimum viable product, as well as the definition of road maps and prioritizing project backlogs.- Extensive professional experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data-related roles for sports betting, casino and payment products.- Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar, along with a strong grasp of SQL, data warehousing, and statistical analysis software- Fundamental understanding of the customer experience of BI & Analytics for sports betting,casino and payment products.- Having experience of both retail and online casino and sports betting products is an advantage.- Familiarity with the regulatory landscape of the betting industry.- Strong communication skills to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.- Creative and strategic thinker with a strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.**Additional Information** OUR OFFER**:- Work for and shape one of the fastest-growing digital sports companies in the world at the exciting intersection of sports, media, betting and advertising.- Be part of a highly motivated, innovative,and dynamic organization with people from more than 30 nationalities in our offices.- An annual performance-related bonus- Opportunity for hybrid working (3 Office days per week)- 23 vacation days per calendar year.- Company pension plan, flexible voucher card, bike leasing and other health care benefits.- Summer events and Christmas party- Coffee, tea, fresh fruits and water in the office- Internal management programs according to management level: Grow / Lead Like a Pro / Sportradar e-Academy including team workshops with external trainers.**SPORTRADAR**Sportradar is a global leader in understanding and leveraging the power of sports data and digital content for its clients around the world.
