The product is a leading playerin the online dating scene, renowned for its commitment to mindfulconnections. With a user base of over 15 million across key regions likethe United States, UK, Canada, France, and Australia, offers a refreshingalternative to traditional dating apps. Its methodical matchmaking systemprovides users with one carefully chosen match per day, emphasizing qualityover quantity.Your main tasks will be:Develop and execute the overall product strategy in alignment with thecompany's vision and goals.Lead the team to prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based oncustomer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.Drive the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-qualityfeatures and improvements.Define and track key product metrics, analyze data to gain insights, anditerate on the product to optimize performance and user satisfaction.Manage human and financial resources.Create, implement and execute efficient processes to achieve key businessand product goals.Serve as a key spokesperson for the product internally and externally,effectively communicating product vision, strategy, and value propositionto the key stakeholders.We expect from you:Proven experience in product management within B2C products in relatedindustries (dating, social connections, entertainment industries) oninternational markets (with a focus on the USA, English-speaking tier 1countries, Europe).Previous P&L management experience is a must.Leadership experience managing teams of 20+ people.Financial planning, product pitching.Ability to formulate product and marketing strategy.Demonstrated success in achieving positive unit economics, productprofitability and key metrics boost.Experience scaling businesses.Strong leadership qualities, proactive approach, and ability to takeownership of the final outcome.Background in product analytics, UX/UI design skills, market research wouldbe a significant plus.Fluent English language proficiency.What do we offer:REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full time;7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal withhousehold issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave;Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants forpositions in the company;Full payment for professional training, international conferences andmeetings;Corporate discount for English lessons;Health benefits.
