Fully expensed company car or Car allowance Expenses Covered Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the Foodservice sector. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results and meet sales objectives. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the foodservice industry. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Manage key accounts and develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and identify areas for improvement. Establish and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives. Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends to anticipate market opportunities and challenges. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities to senior management. Qualifications : Track record of sales excellence in the Food service industry in Ireland A proven sales hunter and closer Business acumen to spot opportunities and speak knowledgeably about commercial performance. Ability to understand financial and commercial indicators. Have an eye for business opportunities and follow through on commitments, good market orientation is essential. Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects, and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment. Proven ability and track record of delivering outstanding results. Excellent negotiator with the ability to persuade, motivate, and influence Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
