Keep reading.**How will you contribute to Emendu?****Your mission** will be to run the day-to-day sales operational activities surrounding the prospecting, demos and onboardings as well as being part of strategic initiatives to scale up our sales plan.**Saleshunt**:- Continually developing relevant sales prospect lists by using market trends, exceptional product & industry knowledge and a deep understanding of brand marketing to strategically identify relevant clients, industries and markets.- Work on different B2B sales strategies, leading and achieving the defined growth objectives.- Prepare sales propositions, plan sales approaches and hold high-level contract talks and negotiations- Build trust and long-lasting relationships with the customers, partners and stakeholders.- Fostering the sales transformation from renting equipment to selling a SaaS solution.- Working together with the Offering&Marketing team to enhance the sales funnel and provide continuity to cualificated leads.**Sales strategy**:- Working close to the CEO, define and guide the best strategy to attract new clients and enhance the advantages of the portfolio (service and service benefits).- Lead the sales operations in upcoming markets according to the company's strategy.- Definition and monitoring of the objectives that will help us to achieve the strategy.- We make data-driven decisions: Optimize and track our CRM to achieve a scalable B2B funnel.- Investigate and implement sales tools to improve and optimize sales performance.???**Team empowerment**- Definition of procedures, guidelines and internal workflows for the sales area to make sure goals are exceeded.- Lead initiatives, actions, and projects through the sales team and across the organization for a better customer impact.- Coaching sales team with the best practices and promoting communication culture. Their growth will be your growth (and of course Emendu's growth).**What will make you succeed?**- A data-driven mindset.- +5 years of sales experience working in the B2B SaaS industry.- +3 years of experience leading and mentoring sales teams.- Professional English (at least C1 level). You'll talk and negotiate with many foreign partners and clients.- You have experience opening new international markets.- Excellent communication, negotiation skills and ability to interact successfully with decision-makers.- Hanger to make an impact on Emendu's growth.And you will outstand if you show- Interest and motivation in the IT world and innovation.- You know how to challenge and manage yourself to give your best version to the team.- You have great listening and communication skills to help you lead both customers and team members.- Experience working in an agile and fast-paced environment.- You want to have an impact in a professional and in sustainable way.**What benefits can Emendu bring you?**- ???
