Our mission is to contribute to help more people and business prosper.We embrace a strong risk culture and all of our professionals at all levels are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management.*WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs a *Head of SSAs Market Making **w e need someone like you to help us in different fronts:Euro SSA customer trading and market-making (quoting in all e-platforms, voice quoting to customers through own sales force)Management of own trading book risk stemming from market-making and customer trading - Generate P&L, trade ideas/relative value/ability to use sales force (and their customers) opportunistically to set up/hedge/reduce risk according to own market viewsEntertain professional relationship with end investorsEntertain professional relationships with all internal stakeholders to the Euro SSA business (origination, syndicate, sales, e-sales, risk management and compliance)C onsistently act with integrity, abide to the highest standard of professionalism, fair market trading, fair customer trading etc etcEXPERIENCE- 6-8 years of market making Euro SSAsEDUCATION- Technical backgroundSKILLS & KNOWLEDGE- Being able to deliver high market share turnover with our key clients while partnering with DCM teams to improve our footprint with SSAs issuers in the Primary Market and delivering results #J-18808-Ljbffr
