You will play an active role in establishing efficient communication between the ON COO and all levels of the organization as well as actively managing relevant interfaces. The Business Support ON COO will have the opportunity to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.What are my responsibilities? :Provide comprehensive and proactive executive business support to the ON COOCapture and analyze data, obtaining information and patterns that serve ON COO Management to make decisions on issues.Be able to supervise the assigned COO projects, understanding what the risks or non-compliances areDrive and orchestrate senior management reports for ON COO Management.Assist and communicate with executives in decision making, program management, and initiative implementationPrioritize conflicting needs; handle issues expeditiously, proactively and follow projects through to successful completion, often under deadline pressures.Communicate directly, and on behalf of the COO, with ON COO Management, and other levels of the organization.What do I need to qualify for this job? :Master's degree, probably in Engineering or Business/Finance, preferably with management experience in industrial settings.Orientation to work with data. Ease of capturing and analyzing data, obtaining information that is valuable for the business.Ability to juggle many balls at the same time and manage industrial projects reporting periodically to the ON COO Management.Good communication skills, written and verbalInterest in working and learning in a complex business environment, with a strong industrial and engineering focus
