.Health and Safety Manager - International project Health and Safety Manager - International project EmailAre you looking for the next challenge in your career?We are working in a cross-functional way from requirement, concept and design to final verification and implementation in production.We are currently looking for a Health and Safety ManagerJoin Alten's international division and work alongside with some of the most talented engineers and technicians from all over the world.· International Project with top technologies· Possibility of working remotely with a flexible schedule.· Integration in a highly qualified team of professionals.· Travel abroad with your project.· Specialized training and continuous professional development.· Social benefits and flexible compensation plan.Project Description and responsibilities:Responsible for H&S management through planning, design, construction and commissioning of a new investment project, and for fostering effective collaboration with client's project teams and EPCM and GC companies to ensure successPrimary Tasks and responsibilities:Proactively collaborate with project teams and EPCM partner to promote a positive H&S culture and to deliver results through effective health and safety systems that include elements such as a clear project H&S RACI, risk recognition and management practices, incident reporting, trend(s) identification, investigations and corrective actions, emergency preparedness and response, and training.Support Engineering Team and Operations EHS Team for Pre-Start-up Safety Review and commissioning activity on new process lines.Resource, support and/or lead H&S continuous improvement opportunities.Ensure implementation of effective processes for conducting regular inspections, audits, and assessments of the project site and operations to monitor H&S effectiveness and to identify areas for improvement.Development of processes to manage safety risks related to interfaces between project activities. - Ensure effective provision of H&S training, communication, and awareness to the project staff and contractors on topics such as accident prevention, hazard identification, emergency response, chemical management, waste management, etc.Ensure that incidents, accidents, near misses, or non-conformities that occur on the project site are reported and investigated, and that appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, regulators, suppliers, subcontractors, etc., on H&S matters and ensure timely and accurate reporting of H&S performance and plans.Resource and lead a team of H&S personnel to support the project as the owner's representatives.Technical Profile requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, environmental science, occupational health and safety, or related field will be an advantage
