In addition to accommodation, the hotel has rooms that we rent for all kinds of events, such as weddings, meetings, business meetings... Regarding the hotel's gastronomy, we have a 2 Michelin star restaurant, a wonderful cocktail bar, indoor garden Mimosa and the pool terrace where you can enjoy light dinners or spectacular views. The hotel Spa consists of 8 treatment rooms, both facial and body, indoor pool and gym. We are currently looking for new talent to join the F&B department as Hostess. What will be the main functions you will perform in your position? Major Responsibilities -To meet and greet guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner, handling all transactions related to billing accurately and efficiently, enhancing the hotel's reputation for excellence Tools/Equipment Used Infosys System, RESPAK Systems, DELPHI Systems, Telephone, Microsoft programmes, Reservations Diaries, Cash floats Daily Duties -To ensure that the uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition, ensuring that personal appearance and hygiene standards are an example for the team and demonstrate a professional image for our guests -To check on stock of take away menus -To attend pre-service briefings for daily updates -To ensure that reservations are handled in a friendly and professional manner -To organise the menus for each service -To welcome and offer cloakroom assistance for bar guests -To ensure that guests are seated according to their requirements -To liase with the managers regarding any relevant guest requirements -To wish "Farewell" to all guests, encouraging repeat custom -Periodic Duties -To support chef de rang and commis de rang on setting up the restaurant before and after the service Requisitos :
