Housekeeping Director 5* Hotel New Opening - (Madrid)

Empresas: Hotel Brach Madrid 5* HOUSEKEEPING DIRECTOR - Recruit/train/schedule staff (team of 25 employees). - Control of the rooms and management of the house. - Ensuring the different requests of the clients (sewing, ironing, etc.) and following up on them. - Opening and closing shifts. - Management of orders for linen / amenities / flowers / Others. - Management of purchases/stocks/monthly inventory. - Management of employee clothing and uniforms. - Supervision of maintenance of furniture / carpets / by external service provider. - Management of external contracts / tenders. - Implementation and compliance with EVOK Group internal processes. - Participation in CSR and energy saving programme. JOB REQUIREMENTS : Experienced in hospitality, must bring significant experience as a Housekeeper in a 5* or 5GL hotel with: - Languages; professional command of English, French highly desirable. - Team spirit, management skills, with the following qualities: - Dynamism -Autonomy -Versatility - Flexibility - Attention to quality and detail - Excellent presentation - Command of computer tools and software PROFILE : - Minimum 5 years experience in a similar establishment. - The right candidate will be fluent in English or French.
