Job summary
Administrative Coordinator position in a multicultural environmentStrong organizational and interpersonal skills requiredPrevious experience in administrative, HR, or back office roles preferred
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Support project activities and prepare project meetings and materials• Assist in documentation and training materials• Support in training and coaching new joiners• Manage information and documents from stakeholders• Create and manage customer master databases• Review revenue, check compliance, and send invoices• Handle self-billing information and reconciliation• Identify and solve invoice errors and disputes• Respond to internal and external customer queries and requests• Generate reporting for business needs
Requirements
• Native level of Dutch and fluent in English• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent• Previous experience in a shared service center environment• Experience in Billing, Customer Service, HR, or Sales preferred• Collaborative mindset and ability to escalate issues• Quality-oriented with strong attention to detail• Excellent communication and organization skills• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
Key Skills Needed
