HR Coordinator En ACJV by Marriott estamos buscando un HR Coordinator que quiera formar parte de un departamento de RRHH en la central de Pozuelo de Alcorcón. 
¿Que esperamos de ti?  Gestionar la selección de personal de los hoteles asignados Actualizar y crear las descripciones de los perfiles  Establecer una política de prácticas y asistir a ferias de empleo y prácticas  Colaborar en la ejecución de planes de formación (Impartir formaciones a través de webinars o onsite, Onboarding…) Colaboración y ejecución en las diferentes áreas de RRHH para la creación y actualización de procedimientos Colaborar en la elaboración de planes de desarrollo Conocimientos: Estudios en Turismo, Hotelería, ADE, Psicología, Sociología etc Nivel profesional inglés (> B1) Requisitos:  Estudios en Turismo, Hotelería, ADE, Psicología, Sociología etc Nivel profesional inglés (> B1)2-3 año de experiencia  Ofrecemos:  Crecimiento profesional en la cadena  Beneficios Marriott Ayuda económica al estudio  Formaciones Marriott
